Want to save the planet? Don't do as I did. Do it this way. It's safer and no one gets killed.

The Nature Conservancy has paid high school internship programs in a few lucky cities around the U.S. (click logo for more info). Unfortunately, LEAF focuses on environmentally-themed urban high schools. WTF? Good luck with that. Hopefully it will expand to high schools everywhere. Maybe if I had had a choice, had learned about a different way of saving the planet, I wouldn't have ended up holed-up in the Miccosukee Embassy hiding from big bad Uncle Sam and seeking political asylum. Maybe. But then along came Nokosee. Still, if I had a chance to do it over again, I wouldn't have done it the way I did. Trust me, although I may only be 18-years-old, I know what I'm talking about.
